Here are six problems some homes may have that can instantly turn buyers off:1) Home odors. Homeowners become desensitized and rarely realize how obvious odors can be to visitors. This is particularly true of pet owners and smokers. 2) Carpet and flooring. Replacing carpet and flooring in smaller areas such as, kitchens,mudroom,or bath can bring premiums in price.Also having carpets professionally cleaned also helps get top dollar. 3)Paint. Paint is one of the least expensive ways to spruce up your home.
